Currently looking for a Telemarketing Supervisor
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced, self-motivated, hands on, telesales supervisor to join a growing and exciting team.
The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the telemarketing department including:
• Co-ordination of current telemarketing team
• To provide day-to-day motivation, supervision and performance management
• Generating and head up new leads campaigns - targeting companies with 1000+ employees
• Generating new leads and follow-up calls/emails on existing leads
Candidate Requirements:
The right candidate MUST have experience in a supervisory role within a telesales/telemarketing team and have:
• Ability to inspire and support
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience with the setting of and working with objectives
• Good interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals
• Good understanding of the business solutions environment would be an advantage
