Provide competent administrative support to assist the client
deliver its high quality service to its members by supporting the
Network and Events team and the Chief Executive's office.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Networks and Events Manager with the
organisation of events and to be responsible the production and
collation of meeting resources
• Support for the administration of the network
membership and prepare monitoring data as required
• Deputise for the Networks & Events Manager
when necessary
• Taking minutes and coordinating the event at
the network venues
• Assist the website lead with related
administration activities including content management, membership
IT support and liaise with the IT contractor to resolve any IT
problems.
• Providing support to the Operations Director in
the preparation of finance and board meetings paperwork.
• Raise invoices/credit notes on the accounting
system SAGE.
• Responsibility for incoming/outgoing
mail.

relevant NVQ/City and Guilds or other awarding body
qualification
