Denise Jenner

Denise, founder of Refined Recruitment Ltd has worked in the recruitment industry for several years, has undertaken the Diploma in Recruitment Practice and is now a corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).

Her area of specialism has always been commercial 'high street' recruitment on both a temporary and permanent basis across all sectors.

Starting as a commercial consultant herself in 1998 she has experienced many facets of the recruitment industry and due to her success she has climbed the ladder quickly, from managing super-branches with £3million+ turnover in the Berkshire marketplace, to Director covering 6 counties across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire Somerset and Wiltshire. With successful and dedicated Consultants under her remit they have won Company tenders at all levels.

Denise has always been keen to remain 'hands on' in all her roles understanding the importance of working with clients and candidates to find what is right for them,  this is something she is set to continue with Refined Recruitment Ltd.

Lois Murkett

Lois has a wealth of customer service skills allowing her to build strong lasting relationships with clients and win new business.
She has the ability to understand individual requirements and implement a bespoke service that has an outstanding success rate with several new clients Lois has brought to the table.

Sally Stevens

Sally is our payroll and office coordinator, she has a background in accounts and customer focused roles. Sally brings with her experience, knowledge and professionalism with second to none organisational skills.

Catherine Lake

Catherine joins the team at Refined with a wealth of experience in a large corporate transport & logistics company. She has excellent coordination and planning skills and will offer all of her clients an in-depth understanding of requirement, offering a bespoke tailor made service with a calm, caring yet professional approach.

Charlotte Osborne

Charlotte is the young vibrant member to compliment our team.  She has a proven track record with face to face interaction with large corporate exposure dealing with delegates at all levels.  She has a professional and dynamic approach with a passion for success and a hunger to prove service. A competent professional in a sales environment who will offer the service levels Refined are renowned for.

Matthew Gibson

A graduate with a winning mind.  Matt is a keen sportsman that allows himself to set his goals and targets high, where winning is the only option. He will offer a professional service, understand your individual requirements and set a plan of attack to get the best results for you.

Jodie is the youngest member of our team who has joined on an apprenticeship scheme to gain valuable experience within a fast paced B2B environment.  Jodie has a very enthusiastic determined and committed nature that will allow her to open new business opportunities as she develops in the exciting world of recruitment.  A fresh vibrant bundle of noise polution.
